SUPERVISION

Support as you grow into the therapist you’re becoming.

Clinical Supervision for LACs in New Jersey & Pennsylvania

SAMANTHA HARDY, LPC, ACS

My Approach

I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach to supervision.

This isn’t about perfection or having all the answers—it’s about learning, growing, and becoming more confident in your work.

In our sessions, you can expect:

  • A supportive, nonjudgmental space to talk openly about your cases

  • Thoughtful feedback that helps you grow (not overwhelm you)

  • Guidance in clinical decision-making and treatment planning

  • Support in managing anxiety, self-doubt, or imposter syndrome

  • Conversations about boundaries, burnout, and sustainability in the field

My Background

My experience includes working in college counseling settings, where I supported students. I’ve also worked in community-based settings, providing therapy in clients’ homes and everyday environments—giving me a strong understanding of how mental health shows up in real life.

In private practice, I’ve worked with teens and adults from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate a wide range of concerns. This range of experience allows me to support supervisees working in different settings and with different populations.
