You might look like you’re holding it together on the outside—but inside, it feels different.
SAMANTHA HARDY, LPC
My practice is about supporting adults & teens, just like you.
I became a therapist because I genuinely care about helping people make sense of what they’re going through—especially during the times in life that feel confusing, overwhelming, or just really heavy.
My experience includes working on college campuses, supporting students through stress, identity shifts, and major life transitions. I’ve also worked directly in clients’ homes and communities, which gave me a deeper understanding of how real-life environments, family dynamics, relationships, and day-to-day pressures impact mental health.
Now in private practice, I work with adults and teens from all different backgrounds who are navigating anxiety, depression, and life changes.
My approach is real, supportive, and down-to-earth. I’m not here to judge you or overanalyze everything you say. I’m here to help you feel understood, build tools that actually work, and create space for you to figure things out at your own pace.
You’re in the right PLACE.
How I work
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that everyone deserves to feel heard.
You don’t need to prepare anything or have the “right” words.
Some days we might:
Talk through what’s been weighing on you
Make sense of patterns or triggers
Learn tools to calm your mind or lift your mood
Focus on small, manageable changes that add up over time
Other days, you might just need a place to show up and be honest about how you’re really doing.
That’s enough.
