CHRISTIAN COUNSELING
While faith can be a source of strength, it doesn’t mean you’re not allowed to struggle.
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
How many times have you heard that when you were going through something?
You can have faith and feel anxious.
You can believe and feel depressed.
You can trust God and still need support.
Both can exist at the same time.
For many people, faith is an important part of how they understand themselves, their struggles, and their purpose.
But when you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, conflict or life transitions, it can feel confusing.
You might find yourself wondering:
Why do I feel this way if I have faith?
Am I doing something wrong?
Why does this feel so hard right now?
You’re not alone in that.
This is a space where you can explore your mental health while also making room for your faith—without judgment or pressure.
“Just pray about it”
