Got questions?
I’ve got answers.
-
I’m located in the great state of New Jersey! All of my sessions take place on a telehealth platform so we can connect from anywhere as long as you are a resident of NJ or PA.
-
Online therapy sessions work just like in-person sessions except you can access them from the comfort of your own home. We’ll schedule a session date and time and you’ll receive a HIPPA compliant link to enter our session.
-
I do not offer in-person sessions at this time.
-
I use a sliding scale of $95-110 per session for private pay clients. I also accept insurance.
-
During our first session, I’ll spend most of the time learning about you and what brought you into therapy. We’ll talk about your goals and what treatment plan might work best for your situation.
-
Every client is different. In my experience, I have worked with clients for a few months, a couple of years and on/off over the course of many years. I’ll support you in deciding when is the right time to move on. Don’t worry— I won’t push you out the door!

STANDARD NOTICE
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
