Anxiety and depression aren’t things you can simply think your way out of. They affect how you think, feel, and function—and without the right tools, they tend to stick around.

In session, we’ll talk about what you’re feeling or not feeling and work together to uncover the source. I’ll help you to learn how to manage anxious thoughts (instead of getting stuck in them), break patterns that keep you feeling stuck or overwhelmed and build realistic coping strategies that work in your day-to-day life. The goal is for you to feel more like yourself again.

We’ll do this at your pace—no pressure, no expectations to have it all figured out.
